Flies

Flies are insects possessing a single pair of wings. The common housefly is one of the most commonly found and widely distributed animals of all. The fly's life cycle has four levels, which is the egg, larvae (maggots), pupa, and then the adult fly, where the fly is in the winged stage.

Flies rely heavily on sight for survival, and possess compound eyes that are extremely sensitive for movement.
